No. What happened is that elected officials realized most of the offenders were STATE EMPLOYEES. They initially wanted to limit awards to those aggrieved by the state but realized how terrible that looked. So the @mddems limited damages against all pedophiles.

The Democrats on the county council created the Inspector General for self aggrandizement. Now that the IG is holding the county accountable, they are doing everything they can to put a political lackey in place.

This is why detainers are important. We can't protect our communities if local, state and federal governments don't work together. These unbelievable crimes are being condoned by extremists like @GovWesMoore who will not move our state to honor immigration detainers.

Just another day of the violent immigration related crime in our country thanks to the open borders policies of the Democrats. Another broken life thanks to these extremists.
