🧵Why Thomas Frank Could Be the Ideal Successor at Spurs With increasing noise around Thomas Frank and Tottenham, here’s a breakdown of why he could genuinely be the frontrunner, and what kind of football we might expect if he takes over.
Another year another Tottenham transfer sheet. Added some new sections this time around including comp links, transfer latest, and a tab breaking down our Homegrown quota for PL and UCL. Shares appreciated! docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…
In the last two seasons, the Spurs back five (including GK) that started the Europa League Final have the following record when starting together: Europa League Pld 5 W4 D1 L0 F8 A2 Prem Pld 26 W15 D5 L6 F57 A35 FACup 0-1 Pld 1 W0 D0 L1 F0 A1 All Pld 32 W19 D6 L7 F65 A38
02.02.2025 That was the date Spurs, who finished 17th this season, secured sufficient points (27 points) to avoid relegation. The game was a 2-0 away win against Brentford, thanks to an O.G. by Janelt and a goal by Sarr. Leicester City finished the season 18th on 25 points.
Spurs fans watching the UCL qualification race play out from 17th
In stoppage time, I found myself praying to Dad "Look just in case God grants you one wish when you arrive, can you please get this one over the line?" Cheers Dad, missed you at the celebrations x
For those Spurs fans who are no longer with us 🤍
Bollocks. Ange had a pop at one specific journalist about an insulting column. He then went out of his way to be as courteous and friendly as possible to every other journalist.
Huge contrast in mood at the Spurs and Man United press conferences. Postecoglou irritable and snappy. A couple of hours later and Amorim, Fernandes and Maguire are sat on the same stage laughing and joking.
Don’t mind me, just finding the nearest brick wall to run through. #thfc

Spurs - 17th. United 16th. They’ve lost 37 league games between them. Only the 3 relegated clubs are worse. One or the other is supposed to be playing CL football next season. UEFA have to re-visit that decision now. It shouldn’t be allowed.
80-81 10th & FA Cup 83-84 8th & UEFA Cup 90-91 10th & FA Cup 98-99 11th & League Cup 07-08 11th & League Cup It's actually hard to compete on two fronts without being extremely stacked.
The criticisms of the India FTA are based on a series of misunderstandings. 🔴"Easier immigration". No. There is nothing in this deal about migration. Nothing. There is an extension of the CATEGORIES under which people can apply for work permits, but the total number can still be…
If we're going to start quoting xg should we not be saying hey spurs are 11th in the xg table. Still not good, but cherry picking xg stats to mislead is just bait.
📊| The expected-goals data shows that only the bottom three teams in the league give up more chances than #Tottenham. Spurs are the only team in the bottom six to concede fewer than the stats say they should have done. @SkySports
According to the Annual Report, Spurs spent about 67% of revenue on wages and transfers (amortisation). Uefa rules allow a budget for this of 70%. So Spurs had roughly £15m spare for another transfer and that player's wage.
No-one is asking you to spend ridiculous amounts of money, but we can 100% afford to spend more than we do on wages and transfer fees. That the bottom line. The club generates silly amounts of money, what’s the point in being in this position if we’re not taking advantage of it?
"We should...." All official Spurs Comms use this odd phrase. I'm sure it's one specific grammar pedant high up the chain who refuses to sign off on "we would".
We should like to confirm Season Ticket renewal and matchday ticketing information for the forthcoming 2025/26 season.
