1/3 It is worth noting that allegations 2.2.1 - 2.2.4 were found to be not well-founded. This is the correct decision. The tribunal considered the objective test of harassment and rightly found that a personal view about a third party expressed on a blog did not qualify.
Judgment in the case of Peter Wilkins v @dstlmod finally published. It is quite a read. assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/687e55f1…

Stage 2: recommended, not mandatory - each HE institution appoints a director of free speech/academic freedom, at same level as most senior EDI academic. Possibly also leads in individual schools/faculties. And institute time-limited complaints process. thecritic.co.uk/depoliticising…
A few weeks ago I spoke at the Westminster Higher Education Policy Forum conference on what universities can do to implement the OfS guidance on the HE (Freedom of Speech) Act. This article in @TheCriticMag is based on that, laying out a three-step plan. thecritic.co.uk/depoliticising…
"While the world fixates on Donald Trump’s populist cocktail of reciprocal tariffs and big, beautiful deficits, @JMilei is delivering a man-made miracle that should gladden the heart of every classical economist and quicken the pulse of all political libertarians." 1/5
