Do we still hate AIOs if Google populates them with a more familiar outbound text link? Attribution + an increase in CTR (compared to today) I don’t believe CTR / clicks will ever be as high as it was pre-AIO ever again.

So.. admittedly my knowledge of paid search/social is fairly limited. But do folks overseas mass spam companies to hire them to manage paid campaigns? Or is the silver bullet “rank overnight” exclusive to the organic side?
