Our team is prepping Eclipse's LOx transfer line for testing! Built using a similar carbon composite architecture as Alpha's LOx tanks, at full thrust the line carries almost 4000 lbm/s of liquid oxygen to Eclipse's 7 Miranda engines. That's like driving a midsize sedan through…
Booster 13's remains returned home after being lifted out of the Gulf, while future vehicles continue their preparations, as is the case with the two launch pads at SpaceX's Starbase. ➡️youtu.be/877P0ETxbDI
"Yikes!" "You Bet!" "Concur!" "We Don't Need Anymore of These!" July 23rd - on this day in 1999, NASA launched the Chandra X-ray Observatory from KSC onboard Shuttle Columbia (STS-93). It was the heaviest payload ever launched by the Space Shuttle. Columbia's crew included…
Step by step, our journey to the Moon later this year continues. Here’s a cool pic from our Surface Coating Facility, where the team applied spray-on foam insulation, or SOFI, to our Blue Moon MK1 lunar lander’s mid-module. This insulation controls cryogenic heat leaking while in…

SpaceX Falcon 9 B1081-16 will make a second attempt to launch TRACERS from SLC-4E in a few hours. Yesterday's scrub was no fault of the rocket or launch site, but due to an FAA-related outage. Ryan Caton explains: nasaspaceflight.com/2025/07/faa-fa…
With this fleet leader booster going for Flight 30, what's your guess on how many missions they can stretch to with Falcons? 40? 50? (Including new boosters entering the fleet.) Remember, Falcon is not going away for many years, even after Starship becomes fully operational.
Falcon 9 Booster looks to be B1067-30 is rolling out ahead of its 30th Flight! If it is B1067, Flight 30 to add to its resume, SpaceX really pushing reuse as far as they can @NASASpaceflight nsf.live/spacecoast

On Saturday, SaxaVord hosted a full-scale emergency exercise to test and refine our launch site safety procedures. Over 50 people took part — including the Coastguard, Fire & Rescue and the Ambulance Service.
As part of an effort to gain better coverage of multiple launch pads under construction at Cape Canaveral, I've ordered a high resolution satellite image that covers many of the Space Coast launch pads and made it freely available to everyone to browse. Quick thread:
The @FAAnews just scrubbed the @SpaceX launch of @NASA's TRACERS mission... but not for a wayward plane in the range? So what did they scrub it for?
