Headed east for dinner tonight… A miso ramen bowl, with sticky mirin pork, spicy prawns, mushroom, spring onion and a boiled egg. Steamed dumplings, with minced pork, prawns, spring onion and ginger. Char siu pork bao buns. With a rice vinegar, mirin and soy dipping sauce.

If we all became vegan, we’d lose a lot of species, forever. Including wild animals, as we changed their natural habitats to farm land for ourselves. It would be devastating for biodiversity. We’d face water shortages. We’d have to use more chemical fertilisers.
