It’s time to scrap the Paisley parking charges imposed by the local SNP Council. Parking charges deter investment, reduce footfall in town centres, and tax workers for merely turning up to their jobs. We need to back small businesses and reinvigorate our town centres.

Starmer’s “EU reset” means we’ll pay into the EU budget and follow EU food and carbon rules, making us EU rule-takers. 17.4 million people voted for Brexit, the largest mandate in our history. We voted to govern ourselves. Only a Reform Government will make Brexit mean Brexit.

Finally, some common sense on alcohol at football games; however, the ban should be scrapped entirely. Let’s not forget when John Swinney claimed the “evidence” shows you can’t drink at a football game while insisting it’s fine to drink in the same stadium if it’s rugby.

What we saw last night — Reform taking seats from both the Conservatives and Labour in council by-elections — is just the beginning. Voters now have a real alternative to the uniparty: a party built on the enduring principles of family, community, and country 🇬🇧

The OBR says net zero will cost £30bn a year. Those on the lowest incomes will be hit hardest by these costs. We should use our own oil and gas, which will cut bills and create jobs. It’s just common sense.
