Based upon the mountain of research I've done on vitamin A toxicity, kidney disease is far and away the most obvious use case of the low vitamin A / low alcohol / low toxicity diet (behind liver failure of course). Congrats to @NutriDetect for the incredible work.
Just received an email AND labs from a woman effusively thanking me for helping her husband get COMPLETELY OUT of Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease I'll make a full post on this today or tomorrow, once I confirm if I can use his name or not We will continue pressing forward and…
Heavily mixed opinions watching this On ONE hand - I like good people having fun - I like people getting together in person and doing their thing (remember, just 5 years ago, we were told not to hug our grandmothers) On the OTHER hand - At some point, college is over, go be…
Ok that’s fucking enough of this shit
This off-the-cuff reply is REALLY stirring it up I only hang out with good people so I completely forgot how much shitty parents hate being told they're bad parents Kryptonite level superpower there.
Lame My daughter rocked hers, now she's in choir, takes piano lessons, and gets voice lessons when the schedule permits You should never do anything to shit on a kid's dreams
Just remember: Not a single European, much less any Italian, had eaten a tomato until the 16th century.

In case you've been missing my research posts, this basically explains it Doing a bit of "life reloading" and simply don't have time right now I'm still on the course
There’s always a weird lull on this site during July and into August. It’s the “everyone is busy having a good time at the beach” but online. I used to hate it. Now I love it.
Reminder: Remove yourself and your family from any organ transplant lists You no longer live in a high-trust society. Act accordingly.
New York Times reporters Brian M. Rosenthal and Julie Tate have just published this new article: “ A Push for More Organ Transplants is Putting Donors at Risk.” They document the MANY cases where organ procurement pushed to harvest the organs of people who were still alive. For…
I'll be the first to call it: VIBE SHIFT caused by ColdplayGate Mark this week in your calendars
Sometimes you just gotta click for the comments And you simply know they won't disappoint Congratulations to these two

HOW SUGAR “FEEDS” CANCER To be clear right off the bat, fructose is worse than glucose (aka dextrose) If you are eating whole fruit, particularly bananas or apples or other low toxic “vitamin” A fruits, that is not any concern here. I’m talking about ADDED SUGARS A huge amount…
Don't forget to take your cast iron skillet And throw it directly into the rubbish Because guys don't need more iron
don’t forget to thoroughly wash your cast iron skillet after every use
Ask yourself, if cobalt is a known toxic metal, why is high COBALamin aka B12 associated with cancers? “In our study, cancer and metastatic sites associated with elevated B12 were almost the same as those found in registries’ studies: pancreas, esophagus and stomach, colon and…
Upper tier genetics + low vitamin A diet = this
13 months eating lots of beans and some meat, zero exercise, not sure if I'm less bloated or lost visceral fat or both (today is on the right), however still considering the fairy princess diet and a boob job
4 years, 3 months of vitamin A depletion for me. Still not deficient. It's just absurd to store this much of anything. Only downsides. Do your liver a favor and diet off some of the excess. Major! health improvements over this time.
3 year lab results came in (doing @NutriDetect Love Your Liver approach mostly, low vitamin A diet). Highlights: -Blood vitamin A now WAY down since last year! YAY! Glad to see the long awaited 3 year mark was a turning point for this. -Zinc up to 81 from 71 last time I…
