No different than the ridiculous SB925 @Scott_Wiener and @DanielLurie is doing permanently dropping fencing from felony to a misdemeanor AND only if caught 3x's otherwise, selling stolen goods is a mere "infraction". Essentially, legalizing a stolen goods market. @MHurabiell
