Success rates for Mandatory Reconsideration of PIP and ESA decisions have dropped in recent years, now 11% for PIP. Success at tribunal is super higher, often 62–80%, because independent assessors are not biased against the fact we tell and provide truth about our disabilities!
A phenomenal repository of work which is testament to the dedication, determination and continuity of leadership over the years
