Women aren’t lying when they say this. The guy on the left looks natural and healthy, the kind of body most women actually prefer. The guy on the right looks unnatural and overly muscular, and it’s a turnoff.

Get in where you fit in. If a certain area boosts your looks or social proof, focus there and capitalize on it.

Nutrition is definitely a good part of looksmaxxing, but I think its importance gets overstated in some circles. Eating raw meat or drinking raw milk isn't going to magically improve your skin, jawline, or bone structure.

Building muscle may not be the best move for everyone. If you’re on the shorter side, a more lean and athletic build can often look more balanced than trying to pack on size. You should work with your frame, not against it.
