My prediction that we would never again see an FDA commissioner as knowledgeable about vaping as Scott Gottlieb remains unchallenged. Scott had a bug up his ass about Juul (and probably flavors), but was still—by far—the best FDA leader ever for vaping.

I don't personally think Chinese manufacturers are targeting youth with these products— millions of adults respond to crude marketing. BUT that doesn't mean the products need to be defended. Adults want accessible, affordable, and satisfying flavored vapes, not gimmicks.
