I just finished watching @Biebert's "A Billion Lives" for the 2nd time. I'm struck by the lack of change since 2016 in Public Health's, govts', NGO's stance on vaping. They've dug their heels in deeper while 100's of 1000's of people continue to die from smoking. Shameful.

Ironic that they call themselves “change makers” when in fact they are blocking the very change that is urgently needed - ending combustible tobacco. There efforts are not only misguided but deadly for 1.3 billion people who smoke. #vapingsaveslives #WCTC2025

Death by risk factors. Smoking is 3rd. Vaping nowhere to be seen. Not surprising as it doesn't cause death. Think about that when you see yet another hit piece on vaping. 22 years in and no loss of life. How long do we wait for significant harms to arrive. 25, 30, 40 years?
