Looks like Tiffany is referencing his past concerns about duplicate ballots that were sent out in Madison to about 2,000 voters last year: tiffany.house.gov/sites/evo-subs…
I sounded the alarm on the Madison clerk long before she failed to count nearly 200 ballots—and the media called me a liar. Now WEC admits she broke FIVE laws but doesn’t recommend prosecution. If there’s no accountability for breaking election laws, they’ll keep being broken.

Despite 25 years of doing this, 13 budgets and a couple repair bills, I'd never say I've seen it all. But a governor signing a budget at 1:30 am in a race with Congress definitely shortened the list of what I have yet to see. And with that, another wild Wisconsin budget ends.
