I am praying for the quick and full recovery of our Lorain Police Officers who were shot in the line of duty today. My thoughts are also with the families of the officers in this difficult moment. I thank our brave law enforcement officials who acted to protect Lorain.
You will be missed Jack, rest in peace.
Jack Cera was a devoted family man, loyal friend and iconic public servant. He always put the needs of the people above his own self interest and knew how to find compromise without compromising his values. He left an indelible mark on Ohio and his memory will live in eternity.
The budget battle continues in Ohio. Gov. DeWine vetoed more things in this budget than he ever had before, so now Statehouse Republicans want to start overturning those vetos. That's where you come in. It's time to do some work. I explain in this week's ICYMI.

Glad to recognize Junior Girl Scout Troop 50851 today for their achievement of the Bronze Award, the highest award a Junior Girl Scout can achieve. Together they established a Care Closet of hygiene items for local schools and raised awareness in their community.

I met two elderly women today at the No Kings rally in NR. (Pat and Othello sp?) with walker and chair in hand they said they are the Gray Panthers. They were walking so fast to get to the street to protest I said you sure you don’t have a little silver sneaker in you as well? 😂
