Wrong focus. The problem isn’t the workers. It’s the employers who abuse the system to undercut wages, avoid unions, and drive a race to the bottom. We must hold employers accountable when they exploit ANY worker. Exploitation anywhere lowers standards everywhere.
I oppose every effort to replace American workers with foreign workers. H1-B is a problem.
