Numerous initiation attempts near Tryon, Nebraska. This ones even started to precipitate.

These thermodynamics & hodograph structure seem to be the ticket for photogenic tornadoes along a vorticity rich boundary. I think today's setup is contingent on: 1) Updraft residence time near initiating boundary/vertical vorticity source & 2) Discrete mode #sdwx #newx
