Music is like a time machine. It helps you remember a specific time or place in your life. I think that’s why when people age they still remember the music even though the rest of the world starts to fade away.

We live in a society that doesn’t allow kids to sell lemonade without a permit but lets adults essentially do whatever they want with very little oversight because a political ideology says it will improve your quality of life.

If you’re going to create a scenario where people are no longer allowed to drive private vehicles the very least you could do is create a scenario where public vehicles are actually safe to ride.
If you think that’s cool wait until you see the Sports Illustrated Football Phone. I had one in my bedroom for most of the late eighties.

This is so sad. Alioto's is fit to be demolished along with many other iconic structures at Fisherman's Wharf. Will what replaces them be able to keep the spirit of the iconic San Francisco landmark? I guess we will just have to wait and see.https://t.co/iB91zp9a6E

We need stronger anti-squatter laws. In one of the highest taxed states in the country why should private citizens have to further pay with having to go through often years of civil litigation just so criminals can take over peoples properties even in a disaster?
Squatters have TAKEN OVER lots in LA fire zones, and the owners can’t remove them.. WTF is wrong with California..!?

In California you can’t get insurance because of years of bad political policies, and if you are able to raise money for the victims of wildfires it goes directly to unaccountable charities so it can be redistributed as they see fit.
Just shocking and infuriating. Celebrities and others raised almost $100 million for the LA fires. It appears that almost none of it has gone to the actual victims. Instead it is being distributed to a bunch of completely unrelated non-profits.
We dodged a bullet, both literally and figuratively.
