The impact of the UK Budget comes home to roost as hospitality shows largest loss in jobs! The industry is being taxed to death!
FYI, the UK has now lost 178,000 payroll #jobs since June 2024... 🙄 The largest fall (108,000) was in accommodation & food services, where higher labour costs have hit hardest. The only sector to show a significant rise (67,000) is health & social work.
