It's not the same without fries. Not even close. That in mind... My gestalt is 100% aligned with this. Endless burgers works incredible for physique goals. Endless fries, or endless burgers with fries, are an absolute fizeek nightmare for me.
Related note: I order burgers from this place often as a weekend treat but rarely get the fries that come with it. You can eat at restaurants or get fast food pretty regularly without blowing ur diet/physique as long as u don’t get French fries. “It’s not the same without fries”…

A big part of dieting successfully is staying out of the house. Walk, go out for your coffee, send your emails in the library or in the park, do everything you can to leave in the morning and come home at night. There’s a reason everyone got so fat during Covid.
Still some fatigue 3 days later. Clearing up though. Glad I did it but I’m still much more a race hard for 20 mins to 3 hours kinda guy.
