HOW does UK not allow legal right to breastfeeding breaks in workplace?! For mat leave, you get 90% pay for 18 wks; most cannot afford to take longer. WHO & UNICEF recommend breastfeeding for *2 years* due to health benefits for baby &mum. It wouldn’t take much to do much better.

Pre-pregnancy I ran ultramarathons &did a run streak of over 6 yrs, ave 5.5 miles/day. Sickness throughout ‘complicated’ pregnancy meant starting again from scratch after no running for 11 months. I had zero idea what return to running may look like, so sharing my progress here.
