I’ll be cooking very close to home Saturday at my daughter’s sunflower farm.
The scientific and anecdotal evidence keeps coming in. Sure looks like proper diet from birth, IF for a couple years, or carnivore for 90 days to get metabolic health in line. I own a slaughter plant but haven’t been able to do carnivore for any length of time.
My first patient today lost 19% of his body weight doing carnivore diet. He started Jan 2025.

Rural America allowed the largest owner and processor of pigs to be owned by the Chinese. Rural America and pig farmers should hang their head in shame. Food security is national security.

What a lot of people don't realize is that in agriculture, more is usually more. I planted this 13 species cover crop a few years ago as an experiment. It created more wildlife, more insects, more soil biology, and more money in my pocket because I grazed it. Huge success.
