Reconnecting us back to where our food is grown and being the microphone to farmers and ranchers around the country who don’t have a platform. Podcast out now!
I leave July 7th for the rest of the year, driving around America to visit farms and ranches. Stay tuned!
The European mind cannot comprehend stopping in a random town for lunch on a roadtrip……..and it’s a NASCAR diner.

We need more innovators like @GGunthorp at the forefront of American Agriculture — @_Regenaissance
Farrow to finish with the great @GGunthorp of Gunthorp Farms Learn: • How he raises pastured pigs • Building an on-site processing facility & smokehouse • Massive problems with the pig industry • Working with his son, Evan • And a lot more Farm tour #1 is officially out!
Currently, approximately 45.9 million acres of U.S. agricultural land is foreign-owned—roughly 3.6% of all privately held farmland. Might not seem like much, by why are they able to own it in the first place? I wrote on what the USDA plans to do with foreign farmland ownership.

Roasted bone marrow is a must in rice, trust!
Get a rice cooker. Rinse the rice first until the water is clear or close to clean. (Japanese artisans do 7 rinses, 2-3 is plenty for most purposes.) Cook the rice in bone broth. You can even put some butter at the bottom of cooker to have a layer or crispy rice (tahdig).
