We @Infactuk @Emma4facs have approx 2000 people, of all ages affected by Valproate in pregnancy on database. 2000 with avoidable harm! Yet it's 18 months since #HughesReport 5 yrs since #CumberlegeReview and this Govt continues to make them wait in limbo & suffer in silence.

I've met so many dedicated to improving Patient Safety on my journey since losing my Mum, sadly I've also met families desperately trying to be heard. Its simply heartbreaking to see others walk our path. There has to be a kinder, supportive learning culture that all can embrace.
