At today's RDC meeting, weβve voted to go ahead with strike action. Last week when we met @wesstreeting we were open to finding solutions to restore pay and improve working conditions. Today, we still do not have a credible offer on the table @Melissa_S_Ryan @RossNieuwoudt
One lesson I have learned as a doctor is that a disease is only rare if you donβt have it. For the person living with a disease, it's their daily reality. Every patient deserves understanding and good quality care from the NHS regardless of how uncommon their condition is.
