The ab wheel is a phenomenal workout. I highly recommend it. It’s extremely challenging in the beginning. You won’t get as much of a contraction on the concentric, but the stretch on the eccentric is insane if you work up to a full extension.
I’ve never done a wheel. We have them at gym and I always wanted to. But when you’re pulling 200# and holding 2 sec at the bottom with slow let up. 15-12-10 rep sets. It’s hard to not get an instant fold over ab cramp for the remainder of the day. lol. Fucks you up.
