I recently read the book Mickey 7 and then watched the recent film Mickey 17 that was based on it. While the movie wasn’t bad, the extent of liberties they took in changing it gave me a negative opinion on it. They drastically changed nearly every bit from the book! Disappointed

My 12yo son has low self-esteem because he feels like no one believes him or takes him seriously. I want to help him feel more confident, but it’s true that he lies/exaggerates too often and has a warped sense of reality, but he refuses to acknowledge these are his faults.
I know for many people this kind of dream is anxiety-inducing or a nightmare. I did not have an absolutely splendid time on my mission, but whenever I have these dreams I feel grateful for another chance to do better. I wasn’t the most obedient and a do-over sounds nice.
