I hear what you’re saying but I disagree with “lazy”. He got older, his voice got deeper. He was more relaxed but he still had it. Agreed that 94 - 2000 was prime Prodigy but that’s a LONG prime. Nobody has the right to discredit him as an emcee. He’s one of the goats.
Prodigy got lazy with his rhymes at a certain point, and that gives people the right to try to discredit him as an MC. When I listen to verses like "Apostles Warning," you can't convince me he wasn't one of the best MCs on the planet at that time.
