At 8th and F Street, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is currently responding to an incident involving an overturned vehicle. Additionally, two other parked vehicles have sustained damage. The driver of the vehicle involved has fled the scene.

This car is illegally parked *every* day of the week. The owner owes $12,000+ in fines for a variety of dangerous driving. They also leave trash out willy-nilly. All in all bad neighbor, poor citizenship and no consequences. Why is the city like this and when will it stop?
Poor people have the same agency in cars as do rich people. To think otherwise is to do reduce safety for everyone, including poor people.
