Well, guess what happened? Despite appreciating the changes, it is difficult to envision what the revised paper would look like, so a fresh round of reviewing is required. 👉 I think we should get rid of rebuttals without resubmissions. #UIST2025
For #CHI we can submit a revised version after initial reviews. In contrast, it now feels bad to write a #UIST rebuttal without being able to directly show changes. I wonder if reviewers will feel the same way and if that reduces chances of seriously engaging with rebuttals. 🤔

Does arxiv not respect acm template settings? I render as authorversion and/or rightsretained locally but the pdf generated by arxiv seems to replace it with "licensed to ACM"... Any ideas?
