PUBLISHED in @japplphysiol! Working with @DrMikeRoberts and co, we investigated atrophic, hypertrophic, and molecular adaptations associated with 2 wks of immobilization followed by 8 wks of resistance training, comparing the results between trained vs untrained participants.
