This was from MPP .@erniehardeman in 2017. Then, the Ford Gov't was elected in 2018. As far as we know, nothing has been done to add more accountability into the system since 2017. Instead, things based on reports to CPBH, it's worse. #EnforceTheCode #HealthAndSafety #onpoli

HCRA -a consumer protection DAA- says that it has a "fair and transparent" complaints process. HCRA's website says "..The licensee will be notified & may receive a copy of your complaint.." Do you think it's appropriate for HCRA to reveal the homeowner's identity to the builder?
