I suffered with mental health, especially in my 20s when I was treated for depression, anxiety states and drug abuse. There's an audience for #mentalhealth worldwide cos so many people have problems. You can talk to others online or offline. You've made a start here.
If you want to do one simple thing for wildlife, please speak to your local council and claim a verge for nature. I did & I feel great! Don’t deal with your councillors they only do what is good for their careers!

I spotted this Gorse hedge whilst out cycling, looked amazing.
It's awful and so unnecessary! Who would even want to make this crap? 😢And it's not even that plastic doesn't have a place in this world, if it's sustainably produced. Even then, there needs to be far less of it. 😏

I keep saying we can help #butterflies, #moths and other insects, by growing plants for them, and we can do this even if we only have a balcony.

I cannot walk down a road without seeing several #gardens with this crap and it is on sale at garden centres. #Plasticgrass has become normalised.
I have rescued plants there too, including a #Jacaranda tree, a Swiss Cheese plant and two #AloeVera plants. I grow #Milkweed and #Rue for #Monarch and #Swallowtail caterpillars.

I have a #balcony so have plenty of plants on it. No #pesticides. That has been my answer, something I can do, and speaking out on social media to raise awareness.
