बर्खामा पर्ने आकाशे पानी भू-जलभण्डारको पनि स्रोत हो भन्ने साधारण वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान नै मधेशमा पानी व्यवस्थापनको आधारभूत मापदण्ड हुनु पर्ने हो। चुरेभावर क्षेत्र खासमा भूजलभरण क्षेत्र हुन, तिनलाई त्यही प्रयोजनको लागि संरक्षण गर्ने नीति पनि छ। तर ब्यबहार यस्तो.. ratopati.com/story/502934/g…

यो बर्षको मनसूनले नेपालको अधिकाम्स ठाउँलाइ सुख्हा बनायो। तराईमा त खडेरीनै परेको छ सायद एस्तो मनसूनी बर्षा बिगत ३० बर्ष एता देखिएको थिएन। अझै पनि साउने झरी देख्न पाइने अवस्था छैन। यसको सबैभन्दा डरलाग्दो अबस्था त भदौ/असोजमा भिषण बर्षाको सम्भावना बढेको छ। Cloud-rain in 12-hr👇

#WeatherUpdate Heavy rainfall occurred in Koshi and Gandaki during last 24-hr and is still raining in Gandaki👇. Although big cloud passed through Kathmandu, only light rain occurred. Tarai received lowest rainfall and forecast does not show much rain in coming days.

The DHM's forecast of a possible heavy rain in the east on the 18th didn't hold. Looks like the 19th will also go dry.
Hopefully this cloud will bring some wind. Does not seem it is moving towards Kathmandu but it may bring some rain too. Better chance from tomorrow.
