A Milwaukee legend and one of the best baseball announcers there ever was. RIP.
We are heartbroken to announce that Brewers icon & Baseball Hall of Famer Bob Uecker passed away today at the age of 90
Hypothetical- Alabama
Where the 2024 football national champions are located within the US: FBS- Ohio or Indiana FCS- North Dakota D2- Michigan D3- Illinois NAIA- Iowa NJCAA- Kansas
For all of the flaws in cbb media, listening to cfb pundits and bloggers makes me really appreciate the hoops guys a lot more. The majority of them at least like the sport and actually get its appeal. We don’t have, say, CBS guys running around saying we should eliminate autobids
They won’t keep Kalkbrenner from winning his fourth straight DPOY, but Big East’s best defensive player is Stevie Mitchell.
me and who?
There's a wedding happening in the corner of the end zone by where South Carolina is warming up. No, really, a couple is getting married at the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl.
But one has to think that if this game were purely hypothetical, Bama would be winning by 30.
u guys wanted THIS team in the playoff???
Whatever they pay her, it’s not enough #PoptartsBowl
They have an entire memorial for the edible mascot from the 2023 Pop-Tarts Bowl outside the stadium
The only thing that’s not fine is everyone feeling like they have to watch sports like business reporters instead of just watching sports and having fun. No normal fan should know or care anything about ratings.
I feel like I’m the only person on earth who thinks the NBA is fine, the NFL is fine and the CFP is fine.
Absolutely spot-on writing here. There are 134 D1 football teams and ESPN goes out of its way to tell fans of all but 12-18 of them that they don't matter.
I think this is one of the better things we've had on AA the last few months. ESPN's handling of the CFP has been consistently negative and combative. With Lee Fitting gone, it's become a consistently ugly clusterfuck of takes and toxicity. awfulannouncing.com/espn/college-f…
So to be clear, we should restructure the entire postseason so we can let *worse* SEC teams than this in?
You really have to wonder if the SEC should still be treated as a power conference by the committee after a performance like this from one of its best teams.
The absolute funniest way to end this season would be an Ohio State title, after which they still fire Ryan Day.
Let the record show that I was ready to instigate regardless of the outcome. #CFP2024

Bro saw last year's Virginia-Colorado State play-in and said "what if four more games of that?"
NEW: NCAA President Charlie Baker says progress is being made on expanding March Madness to 72 or 76 teams🤔 (via @RossDellenger) on3.com/news/ncaa-pres…
That Chase block is really similar to the Zion Williamson block against UVA that everyone lost their minds about at the time. I think Zion covered ground faster but Chase read the play quicker. End result is about the same. This is absolutely NBA-level stuff. #mubb
Watch where Chase Ross comes from to make this block When we say "NBA level athlete" this is what we are talking about
