It’s worse than “Gaza is being starved and destroyed and no one cares.” It’s that hundreds of millions *do* care and are powerless to stop it. We need a world where that can never happen, where the masses actually have political power.

It is so late, Ms Kallas. Only sanctions can stop Israel. Suspending the EU agreement with Israel is a must. Anything less will be just performance, which the millions of Europeans who are grieving for the genodice in Gaza, would much prefer being spared from.

Malthouse *was* right to personalise it. Lammy has been the chief spokesman for British complicity. We need to personalise it with *every* MP who is not up in arms about Gaza, especially those who voted to criminalise direct action protests: the starving are their responsibility

Israel imposed its total siege in Oct ‘23. US cut UNRWA funding in Jan ‘24. The fact that 2 million are starving now was not only foreseeable, it was deliberately planned and executed. Obfuscating this is genocide denial

Press and civil society must demand that governments urgently take the concrete actions that Francesca calls for, to *break* relations with the genocidal Israeli state. Otherwise, all our concern for the starving people of Gaza is not going to help.

Europeans must make sure that the EU leadership which has protected Apartheid Israel and rewarded it with even more weapons, money and partnership as it committed intl crimes, will be held accountable. Both at the electiont ballots and before courts.

Stop selling arms to Israel then.
