My new raised beds are really flourishing.I have already harvested potatoes and the courgettes,lettuce, carrots, tomatoes , runner beans and beetroot are growing well.The sunflowers are amazingly tall but yet to flower .

This Sunday @HearingDogs ambassador Pasha will be accompanying me on the annual #Keepyourpet walk on York Knavesmire It all starts at 10am . Lots of great stalls where last year I bought some unusual doggy Xmas presents plus Pasha's favourite the dog agility course @joncowap

This morning @HearingDogs ambassador Pasha and I came across some ripe wild blackberries near the @riverfossYork .Very Very early as we we usually pick them in August/ September.He also got a lot of tiny green seeds on his face

Well done to York NHS blood testing service at the Huntington Community Stadium today .I was in and out in under 10 minutes .Brilliant service.Less than an hour round trip from Haxby @BBCYork @yorkpress
