Hearing Dogs for Deaf People

A big hello for top dude, Duggie 🐶 Like most puppies, Duggie spends his days playing, sleeping, and exploring the world around him. It wont be long until he starts the early stages of her hearing dog training to one day change a deaf person's life. 🐾🥰

A spot of shopping for Nutmeg 🐕‍🦺 In the third stage of his hearing dog training, Nutmeg was the perfect customer walking in and around the shops. With all the distractions, Nutmeg did a super job keeping his focus on his volunteer and practising his 'Down' and 'Wait' 🐾🥰

Keeping up with Claire and Koko as they take on puppy classes! Volunteer Dog Trainer, Claire, has been guiding Koko through the second stage of her hearing dog training, where she's been working on her impulse control and growing in confidence alongside her pals 🐶

That post-zoomies nap feeling 🐾💤 Adorable April is having lots of fun exploring the world around her in the first stage of her hearing dog training. A quick power nap, then it's back to demanding treats, cuddles, more zoomies!

Hearing dog Buddy is always the perfect customer 🐕‍🦺 Buddy always shows lovely focus on his deaf partner, Aaron, when they're out in public and did a super job during their recent visit to the garden centre café. We're so proud of you, Buddy 🐾🐶

Introducing one of newest members of the Hearing Dogs family... Lilo 🐾 Lilo is an incredibly cute cocker spaniel who's just about to start her early hearing dog training. Looks like Lilo has already mastered those puppy dog eyes, so 'Sit' and 'Wait' will be a breeze 🐶

Brilliant Bilbo is off on his next adventure... the office 🐶 He got to practice his settle under desk as he was introduced to a new environment and took in all the new sounds and smells. All in preparation for the day he might accompany his future deaf partner to work 🐕‍🦺

Our little Labrador, Atlas, likes to start the day with his favourite activity... tummy tickles 🥰 The rest of his days are spent exploring, being curious, and most importantly, having lots of fun as takes on the first stage of his hearing dog training. Keep it up Atlas 🐾

A round of applause for Juno👏 Our clever cockapoo is ready for her next big adventure as a hearing dog after passing her final assessment! Juno has been an absolute joy to train and we just know she's going to change the life of her deaf partner. Congratulations Team Juno🐾🥰

Good girl, Genie! 😊 Genie has reached a training milestone, as she visited the shops for the first time in her own training jacket 🐕‍🦺 Genie will continue to gain experience in public places, making sure she is comfortable anywhere she may visit with her future deaf partner.
