Well I'm relieved. Just got call from the computer techie. It seems the BIOS hiccuped and corrupted the partitions but the hard drive is undamaged So he backed my personal files and installed Win 11🙄 Well at least 1 less stressful moment.👍

The older I get, the more I desire the return of physical media. I want to see the remanucature of external DVD/Blu-ray DVD/CD players. Updated ZIP Disk drives. I find desintermediation has gone too far and we need a mix of choices.🧐
