The Victorian legal system needs to undergo significant reform to uphold the rights of victims. There is a lot of talk by this govt but no political will to have young offenders face real consequences. That won’t change while Labor thinks it has next year’s election in the bag.

@tonytardio Stupid Melbourne. What was 3 lanes (inc. bike lane) is now 1 lane for traffic. Notice the unnecessary concrete blocks to stop any convenience at all for overtaking or U-turn? Now insert garbage truck and it was 25 mins to travel 150m. Not 1 bike passed in that time.
