After a lovely beach day yesterday, today was too windy for us. We’ll try tomorrow, but it’ll be another windy day. Spent the day doing a puzzle, riding our bikes, running into locals we know, and getting local scallops to go with tonight’s meal!

After 8 hours (driving and ferry), we made it to Ocracoke. We always start our first night at Howard’s. Back at the house, we squealed with delight seeing our first shooting star, and my wife relocating the tiny frogs that made it into our house. We love this place!
