Well, I’d been delighted with @TideBusiness until they froze my payment links. I didn’t see DMs within the app so due to my silence they froze my entire account. I was on the verge of opening the new business but it seems my activities look dodgy. Can’t access money. Can’t trade.

Very frustrated with @Plusnet and @bt_uk. Having made the switch to the former, because BT was slow and bad connectivity, we are now in limbo awaiting the work to be done on the box. Meanwhile we’ve been charged £62 this month for BT otherwise we’ll lose internet.
