One of the things I love about games like the Witcher or Cyberpunk is that I get my ass kicked early in the game, but after leveling up I can go back to the early areas and be a god of death and destruction
Enemies scaling based on your level is one of the worst mechanics in gaming. It completely removes the sense of progression.
