Special special group. They were relentless in pursuing getting better every day and learning to play Renegade Ball. Early in the year, they were challenged to see what our record could be June 27th to the end. Without a doubt left the jersey in a better place. Super proud…

One of the toughest things for pitchers is the fact that you can’t throw hundreds of balls daily in order to work on your craft. The gun sight drill and shadow throwing aren’t perfect, but are great ways to get tons of reps to gain awareness of what your body needs to be doing

I just finished reading the Catcher in the Rye. I think everyone who hated this book as a teen (like I did) should re-read it again later in life. Fascinating how much I enjoyed it this time around in comparison.
