I don't get why Optima doesn't build in the LA market. They've cracked the code for high-end condos/apartments that sell/lease for vastly more than anything else in the Phoenix area. But, do they go "down the street" to LA? No. Just Chicago and New Zealand.

If you’re a younger person who can afford it, there’s likely never going to be a better time to buy a house. Inventory has exploded and so has your ability to negotiate. If you can afford these rates, cuts will only be a bonus. Plan to hold 5-10 years. What am I missing?
