Thank you, @ldvcapital for including me on this wonderful list! It is an honor. Grateful for all that you do to highlight women scientists!
Since 2012, we have been showcasing brilliant women whose work in #VisualTech and #AI is reshaping business and society. We are thrilled to feature 120+ women driving today's tech innovations 🚀 ldv.co/blog/women-spe…
Really excited to share our new study, where we identified ZNF280A, a novel regulator of homologous recombination during DNA repair, linked to the human 22q11.2 distal deletion syndrome. A special shout out to @ThomasLClarke for leading the project! nature.com/articles/s4155…
Excited to share this new work exploring EV heterogeneity! Honored to have had a small part in this important work. Extracellular vesicle heterogeneity through the lens of multiomics: Cell Reports Medicine cell.com/cell-reports-m…
Congrats to @druiztorres_ , lead author on our most recent work exploring tertiary lymphoid structures in HNSCC! Grateful for our collaborators in the @FadenLab and Sade-Feldman labs.
Teamwork isn’t just for people—it’s for immune cells too! When immune cells organize into tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) near the tumor boundary, they can predict response to immunotherapy in HNSCC @svploeg @FadenLab tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…
Thanks, @ScienceMagazine, for the highlight of our recent work! In partnership with @gmboland, our team developed a microfluidic platform to monitor viral load over time in COVID19 patients. We were able to find intact🦠in blood, stool and saliva. @MGH_RI @MGHCancerCenter
A microfluidic chip detects intact viral particles in the blood of #SARSCoV2 clinical samples. Identifying virus particles at low concentrations allows for monitoring of viral levels over time and for correlation with clinical outcomes. scim.ag/4hk3yIn @ScienceAdvances
This is all true.
At the VERY beginning of the Pandemic during a Family Sunday Zoom meet up (remember those??) my sister Shannon half-jokingly asked us how comfortable we would be if asked to submit a 💩 sample (in the name of science, of course). 1/2
Excited to share this work, a reflection of many diverse fields coming together to see if we can find intact viral particles in complex bio fluids🩸💩💧. With a LOD of 3 #SARSCoV2 particles per ml, we were able to serially monitor viral load over time for patients. With @gmboland

Thank you for sharing our work, @ejustin46! This was a massive team effort (with my co-pilot @gmboland) and only made possible with funding from #RADxRad, #NIH, and #NCATS. We are thrilled to have it out! @MGH_RI
