Back by popular demand - "20 is Plenty" yard signs! @cityofsaintpaul residents can pick up a yard sign for free at any Saint Paul Public Library or at Public Works (60 W Sycamore St. only). Help remind everyone to slow down. The speed limit on residential side streets is 20 mph.
