Neonatal Trials session @PASMeeting: 6 RCTs presented. Many interventions discussed, some with harm, some not so much. Outcomes ranged from death to trivial surrogate measures. For EVERY outcome, in EVERY RCT - type I error threshold was 0.05!! Can we pause and reflect? #PAS2025
