I wrote down the thinking behind my decision to partner with @AlexHormozi and @LeilaHormozi Maybe the process could help you too. sharransrivatsaa.substack.com/p/the-thinking…
Your competitors are buying attention while you're hoping for it. Hope is not a strategy.
The neuroscience of staying broke: •Eating fast food (brain fog) •Skipping workouts (low energy) •Chasing quantity over quality (weak network) •Relying on willpower (inevitable failure) •Working without breaks (burnout) Change your brain, change your bank account
Revenue is built with offers. Profits are built with infrastructure. Businesses are built with money models.
Most people make slow decisions and change them quickly. Successful people make fast decisions and change them slowly.
While you're perfecting your plan, someone with a mediocre plan is already executing. Action beats analysis when the market is moving.
Your worst performer sets the standard for everyone else. They are doing more than failing, they're teaching others that failing is acceptable.
I'd rather have an empty chair than the wrong person in it. Vacancy creates urgency. Bad hires create misery.
C-players need instructions. B-players need approval. A-players need problems worth solving.
If they can't afford to invest in your dream, they can't afford to be your partner. Skin in the game isn't optional.
The partner who celebrates your wins in public and coaches you in private is worth more than ten who do neither.
Average partners want to be included. Great partners want to contribute. Legendary partners want to be accountable.
What you fear happening is rarely what actually happens. What you fear NOT happening usually does. Choose your fears wisely.
Everyone successful was once a beginner getting laughed at. Everyone laughing is still a beginner afraid to start.
Mediocre people multitask. Great people focus. Legendary people eliminate everything that isn't their one thing.

Simple Truth: Life is hard because you don’t know exactly what you want. However: If you knew exactly what you wanted, then you’d have no problem doing whatever it took to get it.
If you chill more than you work You will be relaxed more Than you win.
Reminder: Sore muscles scream ‘stop.’ A fried brain whispers ‘keep going.’ Learn to hear the whisper.
You can’t focus because you never rest your brain. And you never rest your brain because you can’t focus on what matters.
