Based on what you can increasingly do with AI, there is almost no excuse for moving slowly anymore. In the near future, it’s just going to be obvious which teams and businesses are leveraging AI and which ones aren’t. And the market will react accordingly.
Solid advice for any DTC brand thinking of retail. Also don’t launch with Walmarts of the world. Start small with a regional retailer with a handful of stores. Far easier to nail packaging there and then scale.
